Last night Ric and I were at our potluck, when we were handed these amazing dog booties, which Sandy knitted for our baby. Aren't they adorable?

As of today, I am officially four months from my due date. I can't believe how fast the time has gone!

Ric, the baby, and I were given the splendid opportunity of participating in a raku party. The original Monday Night Potluck group headed out to Gig Harbor with fine food and drink to the beautiful two acre setting at Terri and Chris' studio. Each person was able to choose two incredible pots to explore the raku process. We were amazed by this and how well each person's pot turned out. What an incredible experience! The baby REALLY enjoyed it! He was dancing the entire evening.
This is where the baby and I were given the chance to heat things up a bit!

These pots have just finished baking and will be placed in trash cans with paper to complete the raku process. The pot on the left is one I created while the one behind it is Ric's masterpiece!
Here are some of the complete pieces. Aren't they amazing?

All is well, and I am feeling really great! I think I might be going through a growth spurt! My clothes are really bothering me, so Ric suggested I could wear a moo moo! Perhaps a dress would suffice! I feel the baby moving quite a bit. My placenta is towards the front, so I feel him right below my belly button and out to the side (especially when I am sitting). It is a very strange, yet amazing feeling!

We have some news! Our ultrasound was performed today, and we were told our baby is a ...BOY! It was not difficult to come to this conclusion! Our baby seems to be right on track with his weight and measurements. Ric and I are very excited to meet our son soon.

As you can see, I really am pregnant (129 days)!!! Ric and I just returned from an amazing camping trip to Ohanapecosh! I felt great hiking amongst the beautiful scenery of the majestic Mt. Rainier.

Ric and I are excited about tomorrow's ultrasound!!! We will let you all know if our baby is a boy or a girl very soon! Thank you for all of your many prayers and sweet comments. We love you guys!

I am officially 122 days pregnant with only 144 days to go. AMAZING! I am growing steadily and now feel the baby move inside. The baby's eyebrows are beginning to form, and s/he sleeps and wakes as much as a newborn does (The Pregnancy Journal). I feel great and have energy...more than I had before I was pregnant.

Ric is going to be an amazing father. He is such a sweetie and makes sure the baby and I are happy and healthy!
