OMA WENT HOME TODAY!!!

Derek created a lot of drawings for Oma, while she was in the hospital. But now he'll have to save them for when we play cards with her on Thursdays. We are absolutely thrilled she is home.

While Oma was waiting for the car to pick her up at the front of the hospital, Derek hopped on her lap while she was in the wheel chair. It was so sweet. They talked and talked. When she got in the car, Derek kept telling her he wanted to go home with her. He was nearly in tears.
