Since Derek was a babe, he has been mesmerized by a children's musical performer named Dan Crow. He has watched his video (from 1989), danced, and sung his songs for "years!" Last night, Derek got to see him in person. It was hilarious to see how he reacted to Dan. At the end of the performance, Derek decided to sit with him as he signed autographs. What a fabulous experience for us all!

This video is precious. I love how Derek sits quietly waiting his turn and wanting to tell Dan Crow that he is THREE years old. What a hoot! Thanks for putting a big smile on my face - Derek. Mema loves you so much.
