As I sat at the computer yesterday, I read the words, "Sad News." I opened the email from my principal and began to cry... My friend from my pro-cert class had died on Friday due to complications after surgery. She was only in her thirties and was an amazing teacher who worked so hard to meet all of her students' needs.
