Derek received his own house from one of my students who had outgrown it. What a sweet generous family! He absolutely loves going in it and asks to play at "his home" every day! Thank you, Emma Baird, for giving this to our son.

Congrats on keeping your job and finishing your certificate. I know you must feel relieved about both. Love seeing my cute, cute grandson - miss him and you two lots. May just have to make a short trip up there in July. Christina asked if I would come up and help her out just after the baby is born - and that's too long to wait to see you guys. Love you guys lots - Hope you Mother's Day was grand - Tiffany - you deserve it.
