November 23 was Derek's first Thanksgiving!!! He really enjoyed the scrumptious food, but most of all he LOVED spending time with his relatives!

It's time for double digits!!! We can't believe Derek is ten months old. He is doing so much...dancing, waving, brushing his two teeth, putting objects under the carpet, saying "ba" for ball, "p" for papa, "ma ma" for mom and milk, standing up and down while holding on to something, crawling super duper fast, and much more! He met aunts, uncles, cousins, and a great aunt this past month. He absolutely had a wonderful time being with everyone. They were so sweet with him and gave him a nick name...Dare Bear or Dare Dare!!! Thanks Milan and Christian!!! We miss all of you and can't wait to see you in the near future!

Luckily we bumped into our cousins on Halloween night to capture Derek's first costume and house he trick-or-treated at! This place is under 24 hour surveillance because the owners are paranoid. (Perhaps they knew Derek was coming!) We scored with the candy!!! Next year he won't let us eat his candy...
