Happy Easter to all! We thought spring was upon us, but then it started snowing yesterday and off and on today! How beautiful the Great Northwest is! Don't you all want to live here with us?

Egg decorating was quite a fun experience! Derek decided he wanted to throw the eggs into the dye. That's why there are pretty colors all over the "white pages" we received on our doorstep the day before!

Derek's favorite past-time is doing puzzles! He just learned how to give thumbs up when he is proud of what he has done!

Derek is growing by leaps and bounds and talking up a storm! Here are a few new pictures of our love!


Here is Derek having a great time at Wright Park near our home! It was his first time climbing up this type of ladder!





Ric, Derek, and I enjoy going to the conservatory at Wright Park. It is an amazing place! Derek really loves the fish.

Ric, Derek and I really enjoy going to the Pt. Defiance Zoo, even when it is chilly outside!

We've taught Derek how to find free animal food! He also looks on the ground to find extra morsels!
